Excellent value for money.

Excellent location, right next to Jema el fena. Although close to everything, the riad was very peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Breakfast at the rooftop was just amazing. Our host was super helpful, supported us from the beginning till end, despite late arrival and early departure. Also location, just in the middle of Medina was perfect, and very safe. If I go to Marrakesh again, this place will be my choice for sure.

Djema el-farna is an excellent location in Marrakech

Excellent location with superb choices for eating and experiences of culture and sights

Two incidents of pickpockets in the square put the family on edge. The police are present on the perimeter of the square but need to be present within the square, both visible and plain clothes to deter and challenge the criminals and, keep everyone safe

Excellent breakfast, great location and reasonable price

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was good. The place has character and an excellent location, a minute to the main square.

It was quite noisy. At 6am one day I was woken by a loud speaker which I think was perhaps the call to prayer. I was right next to the lobby so the room was quite noisy, although it was mostly quiet after midnight. The place is also a little run down, but for the price and the location this is understandable.

Well located, comfy and affordable

Friendly staff, great location, nice rooftop, good breakfast, comfortable beds, charming deco, very clean.

Very nice central spot, just a little fixable bump on our way out, there was a water shortage in our room just before checkout time. I couldn't take a shower the last day.

Belleville rendouvous!

Central to square and souks. Super terrace and breakfast. Nice rooms and bathroom, although wc was really tiny. OK for 1 person. Pretty noisy from other guests!! So I didn't get a lot of sleep. But very nice overall. No complaints

Great value for short stays

The location was very good, just a short walk from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Nice terrace.

The room was a bit small, though good enough for a short stay. The bathroom was not only small, but also the shower corner was missing the curtains so we were spilling water everywhere on every shower.

central location next to the main souk good bed with quality linen rooftop breakfast and good quality breakfast

parking was advertised on booking dot com but was actually a 15 to 20 min walk the shower cubicle needed tiling it was just badly finished plaster with holes and looked unclean

Good

The breakfast was standard, the host quite nice (helped with the luggage etc.). the location is right in the center of the medina and next to the place and a cheap and nice snack shack (snack adam)

the rooms are really small, so its hard with luggage. double beds consist of two single beds pushed together. the frame was really shaky and oud. every movement (even turning to the side) made loud noises. the receptionist also had a really loud argument with the cleaning lady for more than half an hour until we checked out. you can hear everything in a riad, im not quite sure if this common or they should have left for privacy.

Well located and nice staff

Very well located. Good breakfast and amazing staff. We arrived late at morning and one member of the staff went to pick us up at a meeting point. Very calm but very close to the main plaza.
